Getting Started with DocFlow
Quick-start guide for onboarding your clinical workflow
Step 1 — Create an Account or Sign In
New clinics and medical staff can apply directly via the Public Registration Portal (/register). If you already have authorized credentials, navigate to the Sign In page (/login) and enter your email and password.
Step 2 — Open Your Workspace
DocFlow automatically inspects your account role and routes you directly to your assigned workspace:
- Doctors & Specialists: OPD Desk & Prescription Builder (
/dashboard/consult) - Receptionists: Live Token Queue & Check-In (
/dashboard/queue) - Super Admins: Multi-Clinic Governance & Approval Portal (
/admin)
Pro Tip: Persistent Local Draft Auto-Saving
Active prescription drafts are continuously auto-saved to your browser memory. You won't lose work even if your browser is accidentally closed or refreshed.
